Job summary

EMPACT-SPC in Arizona is seeking a pool/part-time Crisis Therapist to join a premier crisis system. Responsibilities include responding to crisis calls, providing in-home, in-office, and community-based counseling, and coordinating care.

The role requires a Master's degree in psychology, counseling, or social work, bilingual Spanish/English preferred, and a valid AZ driver's license. Evening and overnight shifts are included; a supportive team and comprehensive benefits accompany the position.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in psychology, counseling, social work or related field.
• Spanish/English bilingual preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to remain calm in stressful situations and collaborate in a team.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct crisis counseling and follow-up services in home, office, or community settings.
• Coordinate communication with other departments to ensure continuity of care.
• Train interns, pool staff, and new staff as assigned.
• Ensure quality service delivery and maintain documentation per agency policies.
• Work in potentially volatile situations and supervise department vehicles as needed.
