Job summary

Coleman Health Services is seeking a full-time crisis therapist to join a co-responder mobile crisis team in Marion/Crawford Counties. The role runs Monday–Friday, 12pm–8pm, with the Marion Police Department.

Requirements include an Ohio LSW/LISW or LPC/LPCC and a master's degree in social work or counseling, plus willingness to obtain NPI and Ohio Medicaid numbers. Benefits include FSA, wellness reimbursement, and paid time off.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Social Work or Counseling and Ohio licensure (LSW/LISW or LPC/LPCC).
• Willingness to obtain NPI and Ohio Medicaid numbers with support.
• Excellent driving record and strong verbal/written communication.

Responsibilities

• Co-respond with law enforcement or first responders to behavioral health crises.
• Triage, de-escalation, assessment, safety planning and linkage to services.
• Coordinate transportation for crisis stabilization.
• Provide follow-up for individuals after mental health emergencies.
• Coordinate collaboration with community resources and stakeholders.
• Produce outcome reporting and contribute to performance improvement.
• Engage with community to promote services.
