DeCoach Recovery is seeking a licensed Behavioral Health Counselor to join our Mobile Crisis Team in Kettering, Ohio. This full-time role involves meeting individuals in crisis, performing immediate assessments, de-escalation, and providing solution-focused support to connect clients with appropriate care.

Qualificações

• Active Ohio LPC or LSW license in good standing.
• Degree in counseling, social work, or a related field.
• Active Ohio driver’s license with a clean driving record.

Responsabilidades

• Respond to behavioral health crises with on-site intervention and stabilization.
• Conduct clinical assessments and develop safety/treatment plans.
• Provide short-term individual counseling using strengths-based approaches.
• Coordinate referrals and follow-up with community partners.
