Job summary

Imind Health LLC Lanham, Maryland is seeking a Licensed Therapist to serve as a Child and Adolescent Crisis Stabilization clinician. This role focuses on mobile crisis response in schools and community settings, with short-term stabilization through outpatient-style therapy and care coordination.

Work primarily in-person with some telehealth as clinically appropriate; schedule includes five 8-hour shifts, travel within Prince George's County, and no weekends in this program.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, or related field.
• Active Maryland license: LCPC, LGPC, LMSW, or LCSW-C.
• Experience with children/adolescents and families.
• Strong clinical judgment and independent decision-making.
• Proficiency with computers and clinical documentation systems.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Background check and required training completed.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site mobile crisis response for youth and families.
• Deliver stabilization services up to 120 days via therapy and care coordination.
• Coordinate with schools and community partners.
• Complete documentation timely and accurately.
