• Leads marketing effort to develop referral base and reduce stigma.
• Administers staff supervision, including recruitment, scheduling, and policy enforcement.
• Provides clinical guidance to teams and audits charts for accuracy.
• Assists counties with MAP teams establishment and maintenance.
