Kitsap Mental Health Services (KMHS) seeks a Crisis Coordinator to support the Mobile Crisis Outreach Team (MCOT). This on-site, full-time role coordinates crisis response, routes calls to clinicians, maintains EHR data, and helps keep the crisis system organized.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 3+ years of related experience; MS Office and EHR experience required.
• Counselor registration within 90 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Receive calls, route to clinicians and triage crisis situations.
• Maintain EHR data accuracy and access necessary information promptly.
• Track locations, ETAs, and contact MCOT field staff.
• Prepare, edit and distribute internal/external documents and reports.
• Maintain records, logs, and policy/training manuals.
