Job summary

Kitsap Mental Health Services seeks a Crisis Coordinator to support the Mobile Crisis Outreach Team (MCOT). This on-site role coordinates crisis response information, triages calls, and helps keep the system connected and timely.

You'll work with clinicians, maintain EHR records, schedule, and communicate effectively to ensure quality community crisis services. A strong background in Microsoft Office and up-to-date HIPAA practices are essential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Experience with Microsoft Office and EHR systems is preferred.
• Agency Affiliated Counselor Registration within 90 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Receive calls, route to clinicians, triage crisis situations promptly.
• Assist MCOT in gathering information and accessing EHR data.
• Maintain location/ETA tracking and contact MCOT members in the field.
• Prepare and file internal/external documents with accuracy.
• Maintain legal program files, logs, and data in the EHR.
• Coordinate scheduling and attendance of team meetings and trainings.
