Job summary

Pine Belt Mental Healthcare Resources is seeking a Crisis Community Enhancement (CCE) Coordinator in Gulfport, MS to lead the CCE Team and deliver intensive outpatient services to adults with serious mental illness. The role manages daily operations, coordinates staff, and ensures services keep clients in the community.

The ideal candidate holds a master's degree in behavioral health, a current clinical license or CMHT certification, and a valid driver's license to travel within the service

Qualifications

• Master's degree in behavioral health required.
• Professional clinical license or CMHT Certification from MS Department of Mental Health required.
• Valid driver's license with satisfactory driving record and use of personal transportation to provide community services.

Responsibilities

• Administers staff supervision, including recruitment, scheduling, and enforcement of policies and procedures. Ensures appropriate training for all program staff.
• Promotes the CCE program to the Pine Belt Mental Health service area.
• Maintains daily operations and oversees goals of the program.
• Demonstrates the knowledge and skills necessary to provide care appropriate to the age of the individual served.
• Participates in team staffing and functions as a member of the treatment team.
• Provides clinical therapy services and emergency services to individuals and their families as needed.
• Provides clinical guidance to teams, audits charts for accuracy, integrity, and soundness.
