Telecare San Diego is seeking a part-time Clinician to provide mental health support to clients and their families, coordinating with the team and external agencies including housing providers. The Mobile Crisis Response Team duties include telephone screening, triage, and referrals with timely assessments and interventions.

A Master’s in Social Work or related field and licensure (ASW/AMFT/APCC) are required, plus crisis experience and current CPR, CPI, and First Aid certifications.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Social Work or related field and licensure.
• Two (2) years’ crisis response experience with mentally ill individuals.
• Must be CPR, CPI, and First Aid certified on date of employment or within 60 days.

Responsabilités

• Provide mental health support and coordinate services for clients and families.
• Coordinate with team and outside agencies (e.g., Conservator’s Office, Public Guardian’s Office, Probation, county behavioral health).
• Coordinate and operate with Telecare’s Mobile Crisis Response Team to ensure timely assessments and appropriate interventions.
