Job summary

Telecare San Diego is seeking a Full-Time, on-site Crisis Services Coordinator to join our 24/7 Mobile Crisis Response Team. You will coordinate service needs and collaborate with other services, and complete assessments to determine the appropriate level of care for new members.

Requirements include a Master’s degree in Social Sciences, 1 year of crisis management/mental health experience, a valid driver’s license, and willingness to drive clients using the company vehicle.

Qualifications

• Masters or better in Social Services.
• 1 year of experience in providing crisis management and mental health services.
• Valid driver's license and personal vehicle insurance with the driver's name.
• Willingness to use the company vehicle to transport clients to appointments and groups.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates service needs and collaborates with other services and agencies.
• Completes assessments and determines the appropriate level of services for new members served.
