Job summary

Oakland Community Health Network's Mobile Crisis Supervisor role is based at the Resource and Crisis Center in Pontiac, Michigan. You will provide daily leadership, clinical supervision, and operational oversight to the Mobile Crisis Team delivering trauma‑informed crisis response across community, home, office, and center settings.

This onsite role offers a hybrid schedule of three 12‑hour shifts per week with every other weekend on the day shift (7:00 AM–7:30 PM).

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in a human services field and full clinical licensure are required.
• Experience leading teams in crisis settings and ensuring compliant, trauma-informed care.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily supervision, coaching, and clinical guidance to Mobile Crisis Clinicians, Peers, and other crisis staff.
• Ensure all crisis services comply with HIPAA, mandated reporting, MDHHS requirements, and organizational policies.
• Oversee day-to-day mobile crisis operations, ensuring timely response and high-quality customer service.
• Review documentation, assessments, safety plans, and care coordination for accuracy and completeness.
• Lead monthly team meetings focused on problem solving, workflow improvements, and staff development.
• Conduct field supervision and real-time coaching with emphasis on trauma-informed care and de-escalation.
• Assist with onboarding, staff training, and competency in crisis assessment and stabilization practices.
