Job summary

Behavioral Health Network, Inc. is seeking an MCI Stabilization Clinician to join the Adult and Youth Mobile Crisis Intervention teams.

You will provide short-term stabilization services in community settings, including face-to-face, telehealth, or telephonic follow-ups, to reduce risk and promote ongoing stability after crisis events. The role requires a Master’s degree in a related field and licensure considerations, with 2+ years in crisis services preferred.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Mental Health Counseling, or a related field (required)
• 2+ years of crisis services or acute behavioral health experience preferred
• Licensed LICSW, LCSW or licensed eligible LMHC preferred

Responsibilities

• Provide short-term stabilization services for adults up to 72 hours and youth up to 7 days post-assessment
• Conduct follow-up appointments via in-person, telehealth, or phone to support stabilization
• Document clearly to support diagnosis and disposition decisions
• Schedule and manage follow-up appointments within program timelines
• Collaborate with providers and supports for seamless transitions from crisis stabilization
• Conduct comprehensive risk and stabilization assessments face-to-face in the community
