Job summary

Crosspoint Human Services in Danville, IL seeks a leader for its Mobile Crisis Services Team to promote professional growth and high-quality service delivery. You will supervise staff, coordinate onboarding and ongoing training with the program director and HR, and ensure staff are equipped to provide effective crisis intervention services.

You will also develop and manage the team schedule to ensure 24/7 coverage, strengthen follow-up and engagement, and collaborate to complete crisis

• Collaborate with the program director to ensure timely completion of Crisis documentation, assessments, intakes, and case follow-up in accordance with agency, state, and federal standards
