• Lead, coach, and support the Mobile Crisis Services Team to promote professional growth and high-quality service delivery.
• Coordinate onboarding and ongoing training efforts with the program director and HR to ensure staff are equipped to provide effective crisis intervention services.
• Develop and manage the Mobile Crisis Services team schedule to ensure 24/7 coverage.
• Strengthen follow-up and engagement efforts by implementing strategies that connect individuals with ongoing supports and services.
• Collaborate with the program director to ensure timely completion of Crisis documentation, assessments, intakes, and case follow-up in accordance with agency, state, and federal standards
