Job summary

AMHC in Hancock and Washington Counties seeks a Mobile Crisis Services Manager to lead the operations and delivery of our mobile crisis intervention services. The role supervises a team of MHRT-CSPs and collaborates with the Crisis Peer Support Supervisor and Clinical Supervisors to promote a coordinated, client-centered approach.

Qualifications

• Minimum of an associate’s degree and 2 years of managerial experience in a related field or 3 years of crisis-related experience.
• Staff supervision and coaching across crisis services.
• Ability to travel throughout the service area.

Responsibilities

• Provide supervision, coaching, and support to MHRT-CSP staff, including individual and group supervision.
• Monitor staff performance and compliance with agency policies.
• Conduct performance evaluations and address concerns with leadership and HR.
• Lead collaboration between clinical and peer-support staff.
• Develop and maintain MOUs and community partnerships.
• Lead data collection and reporting for program performance.
