Job summary

CCCAN is hiring for Mobile Response & Stabilization Services in Hudson County. The role focuses on crisis assessment, engagement and in-home family support, working with schools, hospitals and child services to keep children safe at home.

The position offers hands-on experience across New Jersey’s Children’s System of Care with strong clinical supervision and development opportunities in a fast-paced, meaningful setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field.
• Driver's license and ability to work with families in their homes.
• Knowledge of NJ Children’s System of Care is helpful but not required.

Responsibilities

• Assist families during behavioral health crises and provide crisis assessment and engagement.
• Collaborate with schools, hospitals, PerformCare, DCPP, law enforcement and community partners to keep children safe at home.
• Gain hands-on experience within New Jersey's Children’s System of Care and related programs.
• Provide community-based clinical work across Hudson County.
• Receive intensive clinical supervision, mentoring and ongoing professional development.
