Job summary

Ccannj is currently seeking Full Time Case Managers for our Mobile Response & Stabilization Services Program located in Jersey City, NJ. This role involves providing in-home and community-based crisis intervention services to families and children, aiming to stabilize and preserve family units experiencing juvenile crises.

The position requires a Bachelor's degree in social work or a related field, a valid driver’s license, and preferred experience working with children and families. Bilingual candidates fluent in English and Spanish are highly encouraged to apply.

• One year of experience working with children and families preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide crisis de-escalation/intervention and safety planning to families.
• Coordinate discharge/transition services for families.
