Job summary

Community Counseling Center (CCC) in Missouri seeks Mobile Crisis Response personnel. You will assess crisis emergencies for the CCC service area, respond to at-risk individuals, and coordinate with law enforcement and emergency departments to ensure safety and appropriate treatment.

You will also handle discharge documentation and work closely with treatment teams and partner agencies to support linkage to services and safety planning.

Qualifications

• Master's or Bachelor's degree in a human services field.
• Valid Missouri Class E driver license.

Responsibilities

• Provide crisis services and assessments in designated counties per agency procedures.
• Coordinate referrals, hospitalizations, and safety planning with partners.
• Document Crisis Screening Assessment, PHQ-9, C-SSRS, and Safety Plan promptly.
