Sanford Health is seeking a Crisis Response Worker to join a mobile crisis response team in community settings. The role involves delivering immediate crisis response, coordinating crisis assessment, intervention and stabilization, and documenting all interventions during mental health crises.

Qualifications

  • Master's degree in one of the behavioral sciences or related fields from an accredited college or university.
  • Bachelor's degree in one of the behavioral sciences with at least 2,000 hours of supervised experience in the delivery of mental health services to individuals with mental illness; or 4,000 hours of supervised experience in the delivery of mental health services to individuals with mental illness.
  • Must possess a valid class D driver's license and auto insurance; good driving record; access to personal vehicle.

Responsibilities

  • Provides immediate crisis response as part of mobile crisis response team.
  • Coordinates delivery of program services including Crisis Assessment, Intervention and Stabilization.
  • Documents on-site observations and all interventions; ensures culturally responsive care.
