Qualifications

• Must have crisis intervention and stabilization training in the last 24 months.
• Must meet state licensure requirements for Mental Health Practitioner.
• Valid driver’s license and access to a personal vehicle preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate crisis assessment, intervention and stabilization services.
• Document on-site observations and all interventions.
• Engage recipient's support system and coordinate with community services.
• Deliver services in community settings under clinical supervision if required.
