Job summary

Community Counseling Center Inc seeks a Mobile Crisis Response professional to assess and disposition crisis emergencies across Bollinger, Cape, Madison, Perry, and Ste Genevieve counties. You will respond to individuals at risk, determine safety, and coordinate with law enforcement and emergency departments.

In this PRN role, you will document assessments, discharge planning, and provide follow-up to ensure linkage to services; a master's or bachelor's in a human services field and a Missouri

Qualifications

• Must meet Tier Two MCR requirements outlined by the Missouri Department of Behavioral Health.
• Must possess a master's or bachelor's degree in a human services field.
• Requires a Valid Missouri Class E driver's license (Class D for IL residents), proof of continuous auto insurance, and an acceptable driving record.

Responsibilities

• Respond to crisis emergencies in the CCC service area and perform risk assessments to determine disposition and safety.
• Provide crisis intervention, make referrals, coordinate hospitalizations, and assist with involuntary commitment when needed.
• Complete agency discharge documentation and ensure follow-up linkage to services.
• Collaborate with local law enforcement, emergency departments, and treatment teams to ensure coordinated care.
