Job summary

Brightli is seeking a Mobile Crisis Specialist I to provide on-call/mobile crisis response across multiple communities in Missouri. You will conduct face-to-face and telephone crisis assessments, determine risk, and coordinate with law enforcement and emergency services to safeguard individuals in crisis.

The role emphasizes collaboration with Crisis Team members, development of safety plans, and thorough documentation following DMH and BBH guidelines.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree preferred; Bachelor’s degree required in behavioral health or related field.
• Practicum or 1 year of experience in a behavioral health field.
• CPR/First Aid and CPI certification or willingness to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-call/mobile crisis response and immediate support.
• Conduct crisis assessments via telephone and in person.
• Collaborate with Crisis Team and community resources to ensure appropriate care.
