Crestwood Behavioral Health, Inc. is seeking a Mobile Response Peer Support Specialist to engage individuals in mobile crisis interventions, provide mentorship, and support recovery.

The role operates within Crestwood’s Mobile Crisis Services in Napa County, with 12-hour night shifts on Sat-Mon and supervision by licensed clinicians. A high school diploma and lived MH/SUD experience are required, with certification or rapid training available after hire.

Qualifications

• Lived experience with mental health or substance use disorders.
• Peer support techniques and advocacy.
• Ability to engage individuals in crisis and support recovery.

Responsibilities

• Provide peer support during mobile crisis interventions under supervision.
• Engage and mentor individuals seeking recovery.
• Advocate for clients and build supportive relationships.
• Assist with de-escalation and linkage to care.
