Health Solutions West is seeking a Peer Support Professional for our Mobile Crisis Team in Meeker, CO. This hybrid role involves in-office and remote work, with on-call duties and weekend coverage. A valid driver’s license is required.

The role targets individuals with lived experience and may require 80-hour peer support training or CPFS credential. On-call pay applies, with additional compensation for after-hours work.

Qualifications

• Must have lived experience with mental health and/or substance use conditions.
• CPFS credential preferred or be willing to obtain CPFS.
• Prior peer support training is preferred.
• Must be able to document in an electronic health record (EHR).
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills required.

Responsabilités

• Provide direct support to individuals experiencing mental health and co-occurring challenges.
• Advocate for clients within systems and mentor in recovery.
• Document clients’ progress and update records in EHR.
