Qualifications

• 6 months of employment experience as a Peer is required.
• Valid Indiana Driver's license is necessary.
• Candidates must have lived experience with mental health and/or addictions.

Responsibilities

• Manage communication around crisis situations including telephone responses.
• Provide risk assessments and de-escalation interventions.
• Coordinate care with professionals and the consumer's support.
