Cummins Behavioral Health Systems is seeking a Certified Peer Support Professional (CPSP) to join our Assertive Community Treatment (ACT) team in Avon, Indiana.

Required: Personal lived experience in recovery from both a mental health condition and a substance use disorder, with the demonstrated ability to use that experience professionally to support others in their recovery.

Education And/or Experience

• Minimum of a high school diploma or GED is required.

• Note: Certified Peer Recovery Coach (CPRC) through ICAADA/MHAI does not meet the minimum qualifications for this position.
• Must possess a valid Indiana Driver's license.
