Qualifications

• Lived and living experience with personal mental health recovery is required.
• CRSS certification is a plus and supports credentialing paths.
• Education paths include high school, bachelor’s, or master’s in relevant fields.

Responsibilities

• Respond to mental health crises via crisis hotline and in-person visits.
• Assess safety and determine appropriate response in pair with a Crisis Worker.
• Build rapport and connect clients to services, documentation of services provided.
• Engage in professional development during downtime and community outreach.
