Qualifications

• Master’s degree or higher in mental health field.
• LCSW, LMFT, LPC eligible; licensed preferred.
• Demonstrated experience as a psychotherapist with mental illness or serious emotional disorders.

Responsibilities

• Provides assessment and treatment interventions aligned with evidence-based models.
• Documents ongoing client progress and outcomes.
• Demonstrates competency in age-related or specialty issues and developmental needs.
• Develops discharge plans utilizing natural supports.
• Maintains collaboration with family and other service providers.
• Provides crisis assessment and intervention to monitor crisis status.
• Performs home and community-based care.
• Maintains client and staff records per agency policy.
• Provides coverage for team members during absences; participates in supervision.
• Transports clients using agency or personal vehicle.
