Crestwood Behavioral Health is seeking a Mobile Crisis LVN in California to respond to mental health crises with rapid, compassionate intervention. The role involves traveling to call locations and collaborating with the MRT to stabilize individuals in the community.

Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) in CA is required, with CPR/First Aid and a valid driver’s license. Experience in mental health nursing is preferred, with opportunities to grow within a leading behavioral health provider.

Qualifications

• Current California LVN licensure is required.
• Valid California driver's license is required.
• Prior experience in mental health nursing is preferred.
• Current CPR and first aid certifications required.
• Knowledge of DBT, WRAP, and psychosocial rehabilitation principles is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Respond to mental health crisis calls with safe, compassionate intervention.
• Travel to caller locations to provide crisis stabilization.
• Supervise Peer Specialist as part of the Mobile Response Team (MRT).
• Assess and document holds and de-escalate crises as needed.
• Provide community-based crisis services across Napa County area as applicable.
