Crestwood Behavioral Health is seeking a Mobile Crisis LVN in California to respond to mental health crises with rapid, compassionate intervention. The role involves traveling to call locations and collaborating with the MRT to stabilize individuals in the community.

Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) in CA is required, with CPR/First Aid and a valid driver’s license. Experience in mental health nursing is preferred, with opportunities to grow within a leading behavioral health provider.

Mobile Crisis LVN

Job Duties:

The Mobile Crisis LVN ensures we are providing safe, effective, and compassionate responses to individuals during a mental health crisis. The Mobile Crisis LVN will respond to calls from dispatch involving a mental health crisis in various settings. They will be required to travel to the location of the caller and provide crisis intervention services, including assessing and documenting holds. The Mobile Crisis LVN will also be responsible for the supervision of the Peer Specialist as part of the Mobile Response Team (MRT). The Crestwood Behavioral Health Mobile Response Team (MRT) provides community-based interventions for those experiencing a mental health crisis. Our team is available to deploy into the community to provide crisis intervention, de-escalation, and stabilization. The MRT is staffed by Licensed/Registered Mental Health Counselors and Peer Specialists who can provide services throughout Napa County, including residences, parks, shelters, schools, and hospitals. The goal of MRT is to de-escalate the crisis and safely connect individuals with mental health care and resources.

About the Mobile Response Team

The Crestwood Behavioral Health Mobile Response Team (MRT) provides community-based interventions for those experiencing a mental health crisis. Our team can deploy into the community to provide crisis intervention, de-escalation, and stabilization. The MRT is staffed by Licensed/Registered Mental Health Counselors and Peer Specialists who can provide services throughout Lompoc and Santa Barbara County, including residences, parks, shelters, schools, and hospitals. The goal of the MRT is to de-escalate the crisis and safely connect individuals with mental health care and resources.

Pay Range

The salary range listed below represents the minimum and maximum base pay per hour at the time of posting. Final salary offered to the candidate selected for the position will be based on factors including but not limited to candidate's skills, experience, licensure, and program acuity.

Pay Range: $40 - $45.02 USD
