Job summary

Pillars Community Health, LLC is expanding its Mobile Crisis Response team and actively hiring Therapists to support crisis interventions in the community and on-site at our facilities. The role includes on-call rotation, rapid on-site assessments, and brief treatment using solution-focused approaches.

Qualifications include a Master’s degree in Counseling, Psychology, Clinical Social Work, or related field with experience in crisis intervention, assessment, and home/community-based services.

Qualifications

• Masters degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy or related field.
• Experience with adults, children, and adolescents in crisis intervention, assessment, case management, brief treatment, and home/community-based interventions.

Responsibilities

• Provide crisis intervention services in person or by telephone to police, schools, hospitals, and community residents.
• Conduct emergency on-site assessments to determine need for inpatient hospitalization.
• Assess and stabilize high-risk individuals and/or families.
• Provide on-site assessment within 60 minutes.
• Provide crisis stabilization treatment using brief intervention and solution-focused therapy for up to 30 days.
• Coordinate case management and psychoeducation as part of crisis stabilization.
