Job summary

Red Rock Behavioral Health Services is seeking a Mobile Crisis First Responder to provide crisis support and stabilization for youth and adults in the Oklahoma City area. You will collaborate with URC, CSU, and community providers to help individuals in crisis stay safe in the least restrictive environment possible.

Responsibilities include responding to calls, creating crisis plans, coordinating care, and completing billing and paperwork while traveling locally as needed.

Qualifications

• Must have BHCM II Certification, or a Bach/Master’s in Behavioral Health, or RN with Behavioral Health experience.
• Alternative qualifications include 60 college credits with 12 months BH experience, or HS diploma with 36 months BH experience.

Responsibilities

• Respond to community and office crisis calls for stabilization.
• Develop crisis and safety plans to maintain community safety.
• Facilitate appropriate level of care when needed.
• Complete paperwork and billing as required.
• Travel locally to meet clients in safe locations.
• Support Care Plans for Red Rock consumers.
• Maintain core competencies for co-occurring disorders.
• Perform other duties as required.
