MultiCare's Greater Lakes Mental Health invites a designated crisis responder to join a compassionate crisis team in Lakewood, WA. You will respond to psychiatric crises in the community, develop treatment and safety plans, coordinate with the mobile outreach team and BHO, and advocate for patients to prevent hospitalizations.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology or related field.
• Washington HB 1724 credential or equivalent required.
• Licensed professional credentials (LMFT/LMHC/LICSW) preferred.

Responsabilités

• Provide crisis intervention services to individuals in their homes or community settings.
• Develop and communicate treatment and safety plans; determine preliminary diagnoses as needed.
• Coordinate as liaison between mobile outreach team and Behavioral Health Office (BHO).
• Develop community resource connections to divert crisis from inpatient care.
• Collaborate with state agencies and other social services; provide testimony/advocacy when needed.
