Job summary

Canvas Health in Shakopee, MN is seeking a Mobile Crisis Clinician to join our mobile crisis response team. You will triage, assess crises, provide intervention, and deliver services in-home, at our offices, or via telehealth.

We offer a base salary range of $68,755 to $79,611 per year, a retention bonus up to $5,000, and comprehensive benefits including PTO, holidays, health plans, FSA/HSA, EAP, 401(k), and employee awards.

Qualifications

• Masters degree or higher in Social Work, Marriage & Family Therapy, Psychology, or Clinical Counseling
• Current and valid LICSW, LMFT, LP or LPCC Minnesota State Licensure

Responsibilities

• Answer phones to triage mobile crisis needs and determine level of crisis response.
• Provide diagnostic and crisis assessment, crisis intervention and additional therapeutic services as indicated.
• Deliver services in-home (Mobile Crisis Response), office-based, and via telehealth.

$5,000 Retention Bonus!!

The candidate selected for this position may be eligible for a retention bonus of up to $5,000. An initial sum of $2,500 will be paid after the completion of six months in this role, with the balance disbursed after twelve months of service. To qualify for the full bonus, the individual must maintain employment in this position for at least twelve months. The bonus is non-transferable to other roles.

Salary

Clinician - Fully Licensed

Base Salary: $68,755.06 - $79,611.12/annually

The expected compensation range for this position represents a good faith estimate for this position and the specific compensation offered to a candidate may vary based on factors including, but not limited to, the candidate's relevant knowledge, training, skills, work location, experience, and/or FTE.

Position Summary

This position is responsible for answering phones to triage and determine the need for mobile crisis response, providing diagnostic and crisis assessment, crisis intervention and additional therapeutic services as indicated, as a member of a mobile crisis response team. Services are provided in-home (Mobile Crisis Response), office-based, and telehealth.

Schedule

Monday – Friday, typical hours are between the hours of 8am to 5pm

Minimum Qualifications

Clinician

• Possess a master's degree or higher in Social Work, Marriage & Family Therapy, Psychology, or Clinical Counseling
• Possess a current and valid LICSW, LMFT, LP or LPCC Minnesota State Licensure

Preferred Qualification

• Experience working with and/or delivering services to diverse populations
• Experience delivering either in-home or crisis services
• Experience with Electronic Health Record systems
