Job summary

Canvas Health in Shakopee, Minnesota, is seeking a Crisis Clinician or Clinical Trainee for an on-call position to provide in-home crisis assessment and intervention services. This role requires a master's degree in social work, marriage and family therapy, psychology, or clinical counseling, along with the appropriate licensure. Candidates will work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, and be part of a mobile crisis response team offering services both in-home and via telehealth. Qualifications

• LICSW, LMFT, LP or LPCC licensure required for Clinicians.
• Currently pursuing LICSW, LMFT, LP or LPCC licensure is acceptable for Clinical Trainees.
• Experience in crisis services or in-home care is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-home crisis assessments and diagnoses for various age groups.
• Provide crisis intervention services during after-hours and weekends.

Mobile Crisis Assessment Responding Rates

• $300 per completed telehealth assessment


• $400 per completed face to face assessment

Mobile Crisis On-Call Rate

$7.25/hour

Mobile Crisis On-Call Holiday Rate

$8.10/hour

Mobile Crisis Oncall Consult

$35/hour

Meetings and Trainings

$20/hour

Position Summary

This position is responsible for in-home crisis assessment/diagnosis and crisis intervention services to children, adults, and families, as a member of a mobile crisis response team. Services are provided for after-hours and weekend coverage. Treatment services are provided in-home (Mobile Crisis Response), community and telehealth.

Location

In-home/hybrid Scott County - Shakopee

Schedule

On-call times: Monday - Friday 5pm - 8am next morning, weekends and holidays.

No assigned shifts, pick up model

Minimum Qualifications

Clinician

• Master's degree in social work, Marriage & Family Therapy, Psychology, or Clinical Counseling and must be currently LICSW, LMFT, LP or LPCC licensure

Clinical Trainee

• Master's degree in social work, Marriage & Family Therapy, Psychology, or Clinical Counseling and must have/be currently pursuing LICSW, LMFT, LP or LPCC licensure

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience delivering either in-home or crisis services and experience.


• Electronic Health Record systems and telehealth
