Job summary

Canvas Health in Anoka County seeks a Crisis Clinician or Clinical Trainee to join our mobile crisis response team. This part-time, on-call role provides in-home crisis assessment and intervention after hours and on weekends, with services delivered in-home, in the community, and via telehealth.

The position requires a Master’s degree in social work, psychology, or clinical counseling and licensure (or pursuing licensure). Experience with EHR systems and telehealth is preferred.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in social work, Marriage & Family Therapy, Psychology, or Clinical Counseling and must be currently LICSW, LMFT, LP or LPCC licensure.
• Preferred: experience delivering in-home or crisis services and familiarity with telehealth and EHR systems.
• Pursuit of LICSW/LMFT/LP/LPCC licensure for Clinical Trainee is acceptable.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-home crisis assessment/diagnosis and crisis intervention as part of Mobile Crisis Response.
• Deliver services after hours and on weekends; in-home, community, and telehealth as needed.
• Collaborate with care teams to connect clients with needed services.

Salary

• Mobile Crisis Assessment Responding Rates:
• $300 per completed telehealth assessment
• $400 per completed face to face assessment
• Mobile Crisis On-Call Rate: $7.25/hour
• Mobile Crisis On-Call Holiday Rate: $8.10/hour
• Mobile Crisis On-call Consult: $35/hour
• Meetings and Trainings: $20/hour

Position Summary

This position is responsible for in-home crisis assessment/diagnosis and crisis intervention services to children, adults, and families, as a member of a mobile crisis response team. Services are provided for after hours and weekend coverage. Treatment services are provided in-home (Mobile Crisis Response), community and telehealth.

Schedule

On-call four 12-hour shifts monthly

Minimum Qualifications

Clinician

• Master's degree in social work, Marriage & Family Therapy, Psychology, or Clinical Counseling and must be currently LICSW, LMFT, LP or LPCC licensure

Clinical Trainee

• Master's degree in social work, Marriage & Family Therapy, Psychology, or Clinical Counseling and must have/be currently pursuing LICSW, LMFT, LP or LPCC licensure

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience delivering either in-home or crisis services and experience.
• Electronic Health Record systems and telehealth
