Job summary

The position requires a Master’s degree in Behavioral Health or related field, a Florida driver’s license, and at least 2 years of relevant experience.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Behavioral Health, Social Work, Health Care Administration or related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in related environment (mental health, group homes, prison, detention centers, etc.).
• Current and clear Florida Driver's License.
• Demonstrated expertise in diverse cultural/social/economic backgrounds and evidence-based practices.
• Strong organizational and communication skills; ability to work after hours and some weekends.

Responsibilities

• Responding to crisis situations, conducting risk assessments, triage duties and safety planning.
• Providing a range of clinical services related to assessment, care, and treatment in various settings.
• Local travel to multiple service sites and residences within the community.
• Providing comprehensive crisis intervention counseling services.
• Connecting individuals to appropriate DLC resources and services.
• Other duties as assigned by the ESAC/MRT Associate Director.
