Job summary

Sycamores seeks licensed or license-eligible clinicians to join the LA County Mobile Crisis Outreach Team. The in-person role provides crisis stabilization, safety planning, and danger assessments, coordinating with 988, police, hospitals, and EMS for timely response.

Shifts are 24/7 with regional coverage including Antelope Valley, South LA and the San Gabriel Valley. Requires Masters’ degree and CA licensure eligibility (LCSW/LMFT/LPCC or Psy.D./Ph.D.), plus a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• Masters degree required.
• California licensure eligibility (LCSW/LMFT/LPCC or Psy.D./Ph.D) preferred.
• DMH experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Respond to crises in the field and provide crisis stabilization.
• Coordinate care with MCOT Peer Support Specialist and other agencies.
• Assist with safety planning, hospital transports, and housing coordination.
