Job summary

Sycamores in Beaumont, CA seeks a Licensed Clinician for Mobile Crisis Outreach to respond in person during 7:30pm–8:30am shifts, providing crisis stabilization, safety planning and danger assessments. You will work closely with a Peer Support Specialist and coordinate with 988, Riverside County Dispatch, law enforcement and hospitals to ensure timely care.

The role requires CA licensure (LCSW/LMFT/LPCC or PsyD/PhD), a Master's degree, and driving as part of essential duties.

Qualifications

• Masters’ degree required in a related field.
• Active California licensure as LCSW, LMFT, LPCC or PsyD/PhD required.
• Minimum 2 years licensure/experience preferred.
• Must meet driving and vehicle requirements.
• Background check and health screening required.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-field crisis stabilization and safety planning.
• Assess danger to self/others; initiate 51/50 holds as needed.
• Coordinate care with peer specialist and external partners.
• Respond to calls in specified geographic regions and transport as needed.
