Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience with individuals having behavioral/mental health diagnoses.
• Peer Recovery experience or certificate preferred.
• Crisis and/or de-escalation experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Respond to crisis calls requiring face-to-face intervention.
• Develop and maintain professional relationships with individuals and community agencies.
• Complete training and documentation as required by policy.
