Community Health Resources (CHR) is hiring a Crisis Clinician for the Mobile Crisis Response Team in Windsor, CT. The role is full-time (40 hours/week) with flexible hours and a portion embedded in the Windsor Police Department. Qualifications

• Master’s Degree or higher in related field.
• Experience working with trauma, mental illness and/or serious emotional disorders and/or substance use disorders preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provides assessment and treatment interventions.
• Conducts clinical and risk assessments.
• Collaborates with individuals to create individualized, person-centered treatment plans.
• Maintains client and staff records.
• Participates in supervision, consultations, and meetings.
