Job summary

(CHR) Community Health Resources, Inc. is seeking a Crisis Clinician for the Mobile Crisis Response Team in Windsor, CT. This full-time role involves rapid crisis response, risk assessment, de-escalation, and coordination with EMS and community services.

The position requires a Master’s degree in a related field and relevant licensure (LMSW, LMFT-A, LPC-A). A driver’s license is required for field duties. Competitive pay and benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree or higher in a related field is required or preferred.
• Experience working with trauma, mental illness and/or substance use disorders is preferred.
• LMSW, LPC-A, LMFT-A required; LCSW/LMFT/LPC/Licensed Psychologist preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide assessment and treatment interventions per the program model.
• Conduct clinical and risk assessments.
• Develop individualized, person-centered treatment plans.
• Maintain client records per agency policy.
• Collaborate with families and other service providers.
• Provide crisis assessment and intervention when needed.
