Community Health Resources, Inc. in Windsor, CT is seeking a Clinical Supervisor for the Mobile Crisis Response Team.

This part-time role (20-30 hours/week) includes weekend coverage and flexibility, with emphasis on clinical direction, staff supervision, and quality of care within a fast-paced crisis intervention unit. Qualifications

• Master’s or higher in mental health field required.
• A minimum of 2-3 years’ experience as a clinician; supervisory experience preferred.
• Licensure: LCSW, LPC, LMFT, or Licensed Psychologist required; OTP programs allow LADC substitution.

Responsibilities

• Provides case consultation, direction and leadership within the team.
• Ensures clients receive services focused on presenting problems and client requests for treatment.
• Directs crisis intervention efforts and intervenes as required.
• Monitors client meetings, admission, continued stay and discharge criteria.
• Oversees hiring, training, and performance management of staff within the program.
