Job summary

Canvas Health is seeking a Clinical Trainee for the Anoka County Mobile Crisis program in Fridley, MN. You will triage crises by phone, conduct assessments, and deliver crisis intervention both in-home and via telehealth as part of a mobile crisis response team.

Minimum qualifications include a Master’s degree in Social Work, MFT, Psychology, or Clinical Counseling and current pursuit of LICSW/LMFT/LP/LPCC licensure.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing LICSW, LMFT, LP or LPCC licensure.

Responsibilities

$5,000 Retention Bonus!!

The candidate selected for this position may be eligible for a retention bonus of up to $5,000. An initial sum of $2,500 will be paid after the completion of six months in this role, with the balance disbursed after twelve months of service. To qualify for the full bonus, the individual must maintain employment in this position for at least twelve months. The bonus is non-transferable to other roles.

Salary

Clinical Trainee

Base Salary: $60,004.41 - $69,478.79/annually

Position Summary

This position is responsible for answering phones to triage and determine the need for mobile crisis response, providing diagnostic and crisis assessment, crisis intervention and additional therapeutic services as indicated, as a member of a mobile crisis response team. Services are provided in-home (Mobile Crisis Response), office-based, and telehealth.

Schedule

40 hours per week, Monday through Friday, 8am to 5pm

Minimum Qualifications

Clinical Trainee

• Master's Degree in Social Work, Marriage & Family Therapy, Psychology, or Clinical Counseling and must be currently pursuing LICSW, LMFT, LP or LPCC licensure.

Preferred Qualification

• Experience working with and/or delivering services to diverse populations
• Experience delivering either in-home or crisis services
• Experience with Electronic Health Record systems
