Job summary

• Ability to relate effectively to individuals experiencing mental illness and/or substance use challenges.
• Strong verbal de-escalation and crisis intervention skills.
• Excellent documentation and time management skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide crisis intervention, case management, and advocacy services to individuals in behavioral health crises.
• Respond to crisis calls via phone, iPad, or in person to de-escalate situations and connect clients to appropriate care.
