Job summary

Aroostook Mental Health Services, Inc. seeks a Full-Time Mobile Crisis Care Provider to join the Crisis Response Team in Presque Isle. The role delivers crisis intervention and stabilization across counties, including in-person and telehealth, with 24/7 availability and flexible scheduling.

You will respond to crises at diverse locations, coordinate with law enforcement, and develop crisis intervention plans while maintaining thorough documentation and ongoing training.

Qualifications

• Eligible for MHRT-CSP certification through one of the approved pathways.
• Minimum 36 months of direct behavioral health experience or MHRT-CSP certification with 1,664 hours of related work.
• Completion of 30 college credits and/or an associate degree with related experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide crisis evaluations, intervention, and stabilization for individuals and families.
• Coordinate crisis response with law enforcement and community partners.
• Participate in co-response and protective custody evaluations with police.
• Deliver trauma-informed, client-centered care and develop crisis plans.
