Job summary

CraneWorks, LLC in St. Louis, MO is seeking a Shop Crane Technician (Utility/Aerial) to inspect, diagnose, repair and maintain a range of crane equipment.

The role requires hands-on experience with mobile cranes, electrical and hydraulic systems, and the ability to work with CANBUS and related crane controllers. This hourly, non-exempt shop position includes potential overtime, occasional travel for field tech support, and a strong emphasis on safety, quality, and customer service.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years’ experience as mobile crane mechanic/technician.
• Experience with CANBUS, PAT, ECOS, LICCON, and related crane systems.
• Ability to read manuals, blueprints, and technical drawings.
• Ability to work overtime and travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Inspect, diagnose, repair and maintain crane equipment (mobile cranes, boom trucks, etc.).
• Operate and inspect cranes to diagnose defects and ensure OEM specifications.
• Read and understand manuals, parts manuals, blueprints and drawings.
• Fill out reports, time sheets and work orders accurately.
• Provide exceptional customer service and work to safety procedures.
