Job summary

CraneWorks in Charleston, SC is seeking a Field Service Technician to inspect, diagnose, repair, and maintain crane equipment in the Carolinas region. You will work with mobile cranes and related systems, read manuals, and ensure safety and compliance while delivering excellent service to customers.

The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of hands-on experience as a mobile crane mechanic/technician, can operate CANBUS-based diagnostics, and can communicate clearly with customers and team

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of mobile crane mechanic/technician experience.
• Working knowledge of CANBUS, PAT, EKS, ECOS, LICCON, and Greer systems.
• Ability to read operating manuals, parts manuals, blueprints, and drawings.
• Capable of independent work with minimal supervision.
• Strong safety procedures and OSHA awareness.

Responsibilities

• Inspect, diagnose, repair, and maintain crane equipment.
• Operate and inspect cranes to diagnose defects.
• Assist in growing business by identifying opportunities and building customer relationships.
• Complete reports, time sheets, and paperwork accurately.
• Communicate with customers and team; provide exceptional service.
