Qualifications

• Ability to read and understand drawings and prints.
• Build and/or assemble wood or metal forms for concrete structures.
• Set and place forms to elevations and may aid reinforcing steel installation.
• Observe safety policies and ensure equipment is in safe condition.

Responsibilities

• Read and interpret drawings and prints.
• Build/assemble wood or metal forms for concrete floors, slabs, walls, columns, and tilt-walls.
• Set and place forms to proper elevations, aid in reinforcing steel.
• Erect scaffolding and ladders for above-ground structures.
• Communicate safety hazards and material needs to Foreman/PM.
• Assist with placement of concrete as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
