Responsibilities

• Build and assemble wood or metal forms for concrete structures.
• Set forms to proper elevations and locations; aid in reinforcing steel.
• Erect forms using various materials and forming systems, primarily symon forms.
• Verify accuracy of structures with plumb bob, level, laser or transit.
• Maintain on-site safety practices and communicate issues to foreman.
• Assist with placement of concrete as needed.
